EVOLUTION PROPERTY LLC ("Evolution Property", "we") rents, buys and sells own real estate, organises building projects, and provides information, professional, technical and business support services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Buyers and tenants
Identity data, contracts and payments; identification required by financial monitoring legislation.
3. Residents and visitors
Contacts, access records and building service requests; video in entrances, marked with signs, kept up to 30 days.
4. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (property, heritage, tax), legitimate interests (security).
5. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
6. Cookies and images
No tracking cookies. Photos load from a third-party image service, which receives your IP address.
